Question

How do I calibrate a touchscreen/workpad for a Merge ExamWorks unit?

Resolution

1. Go to the Utils tab. You will see the button for exit to service. Press and

2. Enter in the password (m0rg01) and hit DONE.

3. This will prompt you to hit Ctrl-Alt-Backspace and then it will say waiting for X server to shut down. You will hit ENTER and then it will prompt you to login.

4. This will bring you to a menu. Option 7 will be Configure System. Press 7 and ENTER. This will tell you to hit the indicators when prompted.

5. Press ENTER and you will be taken to a gui screen where an X should show up. Then a box will show up in the top center of the screen. Hit the very center of the box, it will then move to the right middle, then on to bottom middle, and finally to left middle.

6. Once you complete the calibration it will prompt you to hit OK in the center of the screen. Once you press the OK it will take you back to the original menu. Enter 10 to reboot and then the calibration will be complete.
